Submissions are now open for the Bridges 2012 Family Day. If you have interesting community activities, games, workshops, interactive demonstrations, presentations for children and the broadest audience, please JOIN THE MATH SENSATION ON 28 JULY, 2012 @ TOWSON!

Bridges 2012 Short Movie Festival: Call for Artists
Are you a filmmaker who loves math and art? We would love to see your work! The 3rd Annual Bridges Short Movie Festival is open for submissions.
This free, open to the public event will include a variety of juried and curated videos and short films. The program will include movies, videos and animations that have been created for educational, corporate and artistic purposes.

The deadline for submissions is July 1st, 2012.
Bridges: Connections Between Art and Mathematics Juried Exhibition
The Bridges 2012 Exhibition of Mathematical Art will be split over two galleries at Towson University. The exhibit in the Center for the Arts Gallery, curated by Professor Christopher Bartlett, will be open from June 30 through the end of the conference. The exhibit represents over ninety participants from over thirty countries with art that incorporates mathematical themes and concepts. With 130 works many media are represented including oil, watercolor, digital prints, metal, wood and 3-D printed sculpture.
