Gauss, Bolyai, Lobachevsky—in General Education? (Hyperbolic Geometry as Part of the Mathematics Curriculum)

We describe an educational method to teach hyperbolic geometry at
the upper elementary and secondary level, mostly with fruits and
construction materials; and we make some remarks about the connection
of hyperbolic geometry and poetry that explains the significance
of such a method in mathematics education.
